the blueprint

Before you spend money building it, let's work out what you're building.

A paid strategy and planning service for people with an idea who need clarity before investing in development. You pay for the thinking, and you leave with a plan you can actually use.

Fixed fee · agreed upfront · paid before the work begins

who it's for

For anyone with an idea and more questions than answers.

Founders with a business idea they've been thinking about for years. Businesses that know something needs to change but aren't sure what to build. Coaches and educators who want to turn their method into a digital product.

If you're asking “Is this viable? What would it take? Where do I even start?”, the Blueprint is for you.

depending on your project, it may include

  • Clarifying the idea and the problem it solves
  • Identifying the intended audience and value proposition
  • Developing a business model or product concept
  • Mapping the customer or user journey
  • Defining features, functionality and priorities
  • Identifying potential tools, platforms and technical requirements
  • Creating a practical roadmap for the next stage
  • A structured brief you can hand to a developer, agency or partner
  • A visual Blueprint: an interactive dashboard with mockups you can see update as we work

Deliverables depend on the scope of your project. Not every Blueprint includes every item.

what happens next

It's your Blueprint. You decide what happens next.

The independence is the point. You're not locked into anything.

01

Build it with Cadaro Creative

Keep going together and bring the plan to life.

02

Hand it to another partner

Give it to a developer, agency or your internal team.

03

Use it to raise or partner

Share a clear plan with investors or partners.

04

Refine, test or pause

Sometimes the smartest next step is to test the idea, change it, or not build it at all.

how it works

Simple, scoped and clear from the start.

The intro call is free. The strategy work, and the Blueprint itself, is a paid engagement.

01

A short intro call

A quick, free conversation to check fit: what the idea is and what a Blueprint would need to cover. This is a chat, not the strategy work itself.

02

Scope & fixed fee

You receive a clear scope, the deliverables and a fixed-fee quote, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

03

Paid, then we begin

Once the quote is accepted and the fee is paid, we unpack the idea together: research, thinking, structure and decisions.

04

Handover

We walk through your Blueprint together, including the recommended next steps. It's yours to keep, as a PDF with all the visuals if you take it elsewhere.

Questions people ask

No. You get a full written Blueprint with everything you need, plus a visual Blueprint: an interactive dashboard with visual mockups that updates as the work progresses, so you can see your idea take shape. Its real value is in the thinking: reducing uncertainty, defining what to build and helping you avoid spending money on the wrong thing.

No. Once it's paid for, the Blueprint is yours to use however you like. If you decide not to go ahead with Cadaro Creative, you receive everything in PDF format, including the visual mockups and images, ready to take to another partner or your own team. The interactive dashboard stays with Cadaro Creative.

The Blueprint is a paid, fixed-fee engagement. Every one is scoped to the project, so after a short intro call you'll get a clear scope and a fixed quote. The fee is paid upfront, before the work begins.

The intro call is there to understand your idea and explain how a Blueprint would work. The strategic thinking itself (the research, the decisions and the plan) is the Blueprint, which is why it's a paid service.

Then you'll hear that honestly, along with what could change. A good Blueprint can recommend testing, simplifying or rethinking an idea, and that can save you far more than it costs.

Not at all. Bring the idea, the problem or the question. Working that out is what the Blueprint is for.

Your idea deserves more than guesswork.

Tell me about it. I'll tell you honestly whether a Blueprint is the right next step.
